5/1 update: I am not going to delete this post because it is important information, and that is all that it is. People who work in health settings are confused and are trying to wade through misinformation. This isn't for debate. We all have our own opinions and we respect each and every one of them. Comments are open if you want share your opinion but keep it nice. Use knowledge-based decision making in everything you do.
It has been a pleasure guiding our members. We are AMTA!

I have an answer on our insurance.

The policy through HPSO requires that covered AMTA members are appropriately licensed to provide professional services and that they comply with state, federal and facility guidelines relative to scope of practice and practice setting. If there is a government order that mandates non-essential businesses close, and massage therapy is not considered essential in that governmental jurisdiction, then the therapist would be practicing outside of the governmental order, guidance, law or regulation; and coverage would be excluded in the event of a claim.

The question remained for Indiana. We do not fit in that category. Are we covered?

INDIANA THERAPIST ARE COVERED if your setting allows you to work.

More information has been added in the comments. AMTA is not telling people to go to work, nor are they telling people to stay home. This post tells you that your insurance is active.
