Certified therapists became licensed July 13, 2022.
State licenses will renew quadrennially. Current licenses will expire May 15, 2025.

If you are licensed in another state, you can use the Endorsement Application to apply for licensure in Indiana if your education is substantially equivalent to Indiana’s requirement of minimum 625 hours and your license is currently in good standing.
